RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute to revenue pipeline building by follow up of inbound calls and execution of outbound sales/marketing campaigns over the telephone
• Develop new business by following demand generation and marketing activities
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned industries and accounts
• Identify prospective customer needs and develop solutions to satisfy the requirements
• Develop knowledge and awareness of new products
• Meet agreed targets for inbound and outbound telephone customer contact as well as lead qualification
• Proactively give qualitative feedback on the progress of targeted marketing campaigns
• Demonstrate the use of cross-selling and up-selling techniques
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Advanced in English language
• Proven experience in IT software, Sales, Telesales or other sales environment is essential
• Professional attitude, with ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
• Team player able to work at fast moving international environment
