JUNIOR IT BUSINESS CONSULTANT FOR RETAIL & STORE OPERATIONS

As a member of the IT team you should assist by driving IT implementation of software development and business process automation across CIS in Retail & Store Operations.
Your main dutie will be to help business in solving diferent issues throught IT systems. And be involved in such important projects as Footbal world cup, retail and OMNI channel development and many others.

Scope of responsibility:

Own projects delivery within the IT area and gather requirements with an extended set of stakeholders across business and IT teams
Plan, create and execute smaller to medium scale projects
Technical design for new application or functionality changes
Ensure project delivery to the agreed acceptance criteria and manage project issues
Manage communication plans, risk management,
Communicate & collaborate with global IT teams engaged in the projects
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Plan and document workshops to elicit business requirements
Assist in development of technology evaluations
Assist with technical issues
Proactively identify solutions, design concepts, system improvements or opportunities of impact and drive for their implementati

Key Relationships:

Internal business customers including senior management, regional managers, retail store management
Local IT teams; global IT, global HQ colleagues for related projects

Experience and qualifications needed:

Obligatory:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in IT project coordination / project assistant / business analyst or software development
Experience working across multiple range of project throughout the full project lifecycle
Retail environment experience
English from Upper Int

Optional:

Experience of working in a global enterprise environment
Experience of working in waterfall and/or Agile execution models
Experience of working with web services & enterprise integration technologies
